You retain ownership of your original content but grant us the above rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • OdourRadar displays user-generated content without verification.
  • We make no warranties about accuracy or reliability.
  • Use of the platform is at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm resulting from use or reliance on platform information.

6. Privacy

  • General Information (odour reports, location, observations) is publicly accessible via the odour map.
  • Personal Information (name, address, email) is not public but may be shared with government agencies, industry bodies, and research organisations for environmental monitoring, policy development, and compliance.
  • By using the platform, you consent to information use as described in our Privacy Policy.
